Privacy Policy

July 2026

VidMax Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to respecting your privacy and personal information. This policy outlines the information we may collect and how we use it. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not install or use VidMost.

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, purchase a license, contact support, submit feedback, or use our product. When ordering or registering, you may be asked to enter your email address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Depending on how you use VidMost, we may collect:

  • Account, purchase, and license information, such as your email address, license key status, subscription status, activation count, and billing-provider identifiers.
  • Installation and device information, such as a generated installation ID, app version, operating system, operating system version, architecture, and device label used for license activation.
  • Product analytics, such as app launch, activation, download or recording start/completion/failure events, the normalized source domain, media kind, file size, duration, and error category.
  • Support and feedback information that you choose to send, such as messages, categories, email address, app version, and page URL.

We may use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to help us understand how our site and product are used.

Local Files, Browser Content, and Recording Data

VidMost processes downloads, recordings, browser sessions, and saved media files on your device. We do not host, upload, or store the media files you save, the contents of recordings, page contents, screenshots, browser cookies, passwords, full video URLs, file paths, video titles, channel names, thumbnails, or private browsing history on our servers, unless you intentionally include such information in a support request or feedback message.

For product analytics related to downloads or recordings, our server is designed to receive only limited event metadata, such as the normalized source domain, media kind, success or failure status, app version, operating system, and coarse technical measurements. We do not require the full URL of the content.

Our Use of Cookies

We use cookies on our websites for session management and retaining your settings or preferences. We may also use third-party cookies to collect visitor statistics and measure our marketing campaigns. If you would like to reject third-party cookies, please configure your browser’s settings accordingly.

  • Personalize your experience — your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
  • Improve our product — we continually strive to improve our offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
  • Administer promotions, surveys, or other site features.
  • Send periodic emails regarding updates or product information.

We may share limited personal information with service providers that help us operate VidMost, such as payment and billing providers, email delivery providers, hosting and security providers, analytics providers, and customer-support tools. These providers process information for our business purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
